Pros
I didn't really see any...most employees are nice if they like you, otherwise, forget it. Free coffee from a Keurig might be one? I'd say the ability to take home free cheese, but they did away with that.
Cons
Office culture is terrible..if you're not Swiss, you'll be frowned upon. Time off is terrible, two weeks vacation that is accrued, forget about holiday's. Your lucky if you get 5 total throughout the year. You'll never get more than a 1% raise, if that. You have an ridiculous amount of goals to reach for the year to get your bonuses, and they'll never give you 5/5 so you'll never, ever get your full bonus. They fired the about 10 people within 6 months. They have no loyalty to their employees. If you take a job here, expect to be walked on, talked down to, and laid off within a year without warning or hesitation.
