      Learning- Because, you have to work like one man army.

      Cons

      Unprofessional behavior with employee and no value of word or any document. They provide a document if you insist and will come with another document with contradictory statement stating "This will supersede all the document issued in past" and everything is gone.

      Self Learning ,That's the only thing that never fails. Choice is yours.

      Cons

      When I have joined it was a leader company in the market as they were having specialized professionals. Now its a smoke-filled room. Current Employees are two faced hypocrite with insincerity in middle management. Irresponsible towards ex-employees. Indecisive thought process.

      Good company - good learning curve. There are lots to learn in terms of latest cloud based technologies, software development, etc.

      Cons

      There needs to be better salary and better work life balance in company. There are few outings throughout the year, and employees are overworked. There needs to be more fun.
