      Some friendly people Easy to approach departments apart from admin Good for people are at the end of their career - laid back atmosphere but does not take Banking seriously

      Systems HR and admin department - Attitude problem, mates rates and suck up to senior management No progression to small No room for change stuck in there ways Can’t tell management to make changes otherwise they think your after there job

      Internal processes are cumbersome and impede agility Inefficiencies Lead to no work life balance. It’s not uncommon to be at the office till 9pm daily There is a hire and fire culture People are afraid to say no so they say yes to everything and deliver nothing Everyone is always late for meetings. There is no respect for anyone’s time
