Pros
Some really great people still at the company, got into the market early and have a strong brand amongst most brokers.
Cons
Leadership don’t take on feedback quickly enough (or at all), decisions are made behind closed doors, talk about family culture but still quick to fire or push people out. Well behind competition in many areas despite what is said externally.
