      Pros

      The Team are very diverse and fun to work with. The Directors and their Managers are forward thinking and have a great rapport with their staff. The technology is groundbreaking and exciting to be a part of a fast moving Scottish company

      The company is growing very fast therefore there are lots of activities with high priority.

      Great now that Saorsa is no longer involved. Strong recovery under new Emblation leadership

      Pros

      The changes since Saorsa have been very positive. Their lacklustre performance had dragged the company for years. The new leadership team brought structure, clearer accountability and better decision making. Sales processes are now consistent instead of chaotic. The focus is on the customers rather than excuses about why sales weren’t happening. Support teams actually follow through rather than leaving people hanging. The culture is more open, direct and realistic about what needs to be done.

      Cons

      Cleaning up the legacy issues from the Saorsa era took time and created some bumps. A few people still miss the old informal style even though it caused most of the problems. Higher expectations now mean underperformers don’t last long.

      Pros

      People I worked with directly were great. The microwave technology really does deliver outcomes for clinics and patients making it easy to stand behind.

      Cons

      organization and direction of the company is lacking at the moment. Decisions get reversed regularly as of late. Both are likely because there are lots of transitions happening right now.
