      Pros

      After working here for almost five years, I’m still highly motivated when I start my week on Monday. All hard work and contributions are recognized. Promotion opportunities are clear for those with strong performance and a good attitude. My team is made up of some of the best people I’ve ever known and worked with - sharp, hardworking, supportive, and always putting their heart into their work. I’m lucky to have a great manager who allows me to learn, take on stretch projects to grow, and consistently makes sure I know when I’ve done a great job

      The insurance inflation affected our package slightly but not much so I guess not a con really
