      Really enjoyed working for Ellison over the last 4 years. The company has been fantastically supportive and encouraging in encouraging me to develop my skill sets whilst providing a felixble and supportive working enviroment. There has been changes in personnel over my time at Ellison and in my opinon they have been made for good reason. The positive culture and working enviroment at Ellison seems a top priority and and long may that continue.

      Since becoming CEO, Richard Birse has continued to make redundant or layoff good hardworking people year after year, while everyone can see he makes an excess of 400,000£ while providing zero leadership or support to the company; most employees haven't even seen him in YEARS. The company is full of contempt for this man who is more interested in lining his pockets than showing up for work. Richard Birse should be ashamed of himself and doesn't deserve one more second of salary.
