Cons
They expect you to see a lot of clients per week, and there will be issues if you don't meet the expectation, and they blame it on you even if they're not providing you with enough clients. The managaement is very poor. They do not have clear expectations, and they send out memos with new rules and expectations, but they are never enforced and it leads to a lot of confusion. You often do not get any breaks between clients. You may be bullied into seeing clients who are out of your comfort zone or area of expertise. This company is about the numbers, and care about income much more than their employees. It is a very stressful work environment that is not conducive for therapy, and an environment that will lead to burn out and poor mental health in the therapists.
