      This is the best company I have ever worked for- company culture is amazing.

      No cons whatsoever, I have had the most positive experience at Elire.

      Unlimited paid time off is the only pro

      Cons

      Theres no guidance. Manager had check ins maybe once every month or 2. Theres no feeling of job security with the low number of sales and opportunities coming down the pipeline. Remote employees are kind of left on an island and not included in very many company events.

      Pros

      I have great support from my manager and my coworkers are personable.

      Cons

      Consulting is fickle. I think the company can do a better job at making sure consultants continue to grow and develop. I would love to see the company reach a consensus on how to implement and really focus on delivering business transformation.
