Pros
Everyone is very helpful, and always are extremely willing to go out of your way to teach you how things work. Involved processes make the work extremely rewarding to complete. No two projects are ever the same.
Cons
Older projects are not well documented, leading to lots of time spent searching for very specific information that may not exist anymore.

Autonomy, great work-life balance with hybrid work schedule, competent engineers, 9% 401K match, friendly coworkers, frequent training, diversity of projects, tuition reimbursement
Cons
Accessing information from past projects for reference could be improved. Lost institutional knowledge as veterans retire, however efforts are being made to improve this. There could be more non-managerial opportunities for growth.
