We appreciate your tenure and are sorry to learn the change we have undergone in the last few years hasn’t been to your liking. The pandemic dramatically changed how we work and then in early 2022, we had 3 planned executive team member retirements. We transformed in a lot of ways! Our physical office was remodeled based on employee feedback. We now have a beautiful, modern environment. We expanded to a more distributed workforce due to allowing a hybrid environment. We added new positions and departments when many other organizations were eliminating positions. Additionally, we rolled out our organizational enhancements and Elements of Success. This aligned teams to our updated core strategies that the new leadership team outlined and has helped pave the way for more exciting things to come. Even through all of that healthy evolution, we will continue to bring excellent member service, to invest in our community, and to empower our members to achieve financial success. Much of what we are doing required updates to our goals, new education or re-education on how to better work together and will continue to necessitate all of us working through things together. To stay relevant in this ever-changing world, we have to remain adaptive and flexible. We will continue to seek out and use employee feedback to help us grow stronger now and in the years ahead.

Having consistent career and performance conversations is the best method for ensuring people stay on the right track. At Elements, those conversations happen quarterly and for some, even more frequently. We encourage managers and employees to set up a cadence that works for them. In addition, Elements has promoted and welcomed many new faces to our executive team in the last 12 months.
