Cambridge site very professional and modern creates the right image. Some interesting work.
Cons
Save a penny to loose a pound mentality. Run by a bunch of bankers that have no idea how to run an engineering company. Short term mentality. Spreadsheet engineering - does not matter if the new product is working properly, just tick the box and ship it. Company is top heavy with egos, no senior management who actually know what they are doing and what it takes to design, develop and manufacture a high end technical product. Atrocious management who do not value their greatest asset - their staff. They have no respect for staff with experience of the product, they made their most knowledgeable and experienced technical staff redundant to save money in the short term.
