      An average post-soviet company. And as average one it claims to be better than others

      Pros

      This is a company to work at for 1 - 2 years max for well-educated people w/out practical experience. Or for 2 and more years for employees with average skills. - free car parking - nice office location - big parties

      Cons

      This is a "family company", but in Ukrainian corrupted reality it results in nepotism. Other cons - very low salary - two-faced top managers - overcrowded office - almost no room for rest

      they have some intereesting projects can have many leaves, good for students

      Cons

      relatives of higher managemnt get promoted too high ! managemnt does not respect employees very much very small salaries for trainees difficult to grow far form city center (not a problem if you have a car)
