      able to sneak back home early

      No work-life balance. weekend standby as and when needed, the reason the other colleagues doesn't know how to do it. unable to commit to family time. Supervisor guides and teaching is to ask you to READ USER MANUAL. If you know how to do your job, all the jobs and responsibilities will be on you repeatedly from the first time.
