Pros
They have long term contracts in Toll Road industry, so they are fairly stable financially. They have become one of the leaders in Electronic Toll Collection systems business.
Cons
Generally speaking, everyone is expected to put in long hours. A lot of projects are high-pressure with arbitrary deadlines. Top management treats people as numbers that can be changed or replaced. The result is a high turnover of employees. There are some projects where that may not be the case but that seems to be the exception rather than the rule.
