Pros

There are exactly zero positives.

Cons

Absolutely zero work-life balance. Company will lie about remote work and then tell you that you need to start coming to the office. Don't voice an opinion that differs from your manager or you will be personally attacked with other employees on the phone. NO TRAINING. ANCIENT SYSTEMS. Billions of dollars in revenue are managed solely in 500 excel spreadsheets. No support given following training of less than one week. Expect to have 2 meetings each day to explain in painful detail why thousands of invoices are "past due". No way to research billing or payment postings. Price increases multiple times a year which lead to countless billing errors. Constant quantity discrepancies on invoices. Basically it's your worst nightmare.
