poor program execution and time management
Pros
The business is trying to do something good for the environment. People try to be helpful and friendly. The company is a start-up trying to go public with a few industry giants as investors.
Cons
The CEO enjoys hiring college students and expects them to perform at the professional level output. Everyone is overworked and the job is constantly changing on a weekly basis, spinning out of control. This is a customer-centric company, not for employees to thrive. He doesn't care about working smarter and will pay bonuses to his buddies. The work environment is passive aggressive and one could be kicked out without knowing what happened. He likes to compare this small company like Boeing and expects vendors to treat him the same way. It's impossible to thrive unless you are in a position to talk to the customer.
