Pros

I had a line manager with excellent leadership skills. Good colleagues on my small team.

Cons

Senior management dominated by ex ADF with insufficient commercial experience. Embarrassing to watch senior management try and dream up plans and procedures. Could not even administer the payroll and finance\payroll distrusted their own professional staff.

Good people, and amazing projects to work on.

Cons

Old workflows and slow adjustments to modern SW infrastructure. It's a puzzle how this company is even able to sell - the work is of the lowest quality I can imagine. There is no drive and no motivation in the company. It's a company engineers go to die in.
