u get to learn about ecommerce, amazon small company so less management

Cons

Why do people take risk and join startup companies? if reason will be for fast growth and good money, don't join here. You get same high pressure station job alltime, no growth, work 12-14 hours per day and get less than market pay. Many employees leaving due to salary issues and management exploit remaining employees to do work. Poor annual appraisal system.

Excessive workload. High Pressure. You will not find work life balance. Very Very low salary against to work, group ism is always present. No value to employees. High attrition rate.
