Pros

Spigot is a fantastic place to work, number one goal from management is to keep their employees happy. Tons of perks, awesome benefits, flexible work schedule/work life balance. Everyone WANTS to come to work everyday. Very upbeat and positive environment with tons of room for growth. Everyone works together really well - there is little to no micromanagement, huge learning environment.

Cons

So many fun activities, there's not enough hours in the day!
