      Few pros:- 1) Best ambience 2) Many thing to learn 3) Proper discipline and on time delivery of the client issues. 4) Always care and regarded for the former employee

      Cons

      1) Salary is halted if the employee lost, break or misplace some valuable office utilities such as laptop, MacBook etc.
