Don't ever think to join in this company if you are jobless better stay at home. The Company is full of traps they will treat you as a dog. Very less salary dont expect of hike, they will give only 1000rs for every year. Even Security guard is getting more than software developer. There is no proper management, they will take your certificates and torture you till 3 years, if you want leave in between they will ask 5 lakhs. For freshers you have to learn everything from google and this learning they will consider as training🤣🤣. While leaving company after 3 years they will ask for training money which you have learned from google. Management will force freshers to create 2 to 3 years exp resume and they will send to other companies as there is no project for this worst company. Simply they are selling employees to other companies and earning money. CTO doesn't have any work only know how to do LOSS OF PAY for employees. Even he can't speak ENGLISH properly. The whole HR teams don't know there responsibility, they only know how to chat in WHATSAPP.
