The Leadership at this organization is tired, old, stale, nd the intentional politics and backstabbing is beyond acceptable for any workplace, particularly one as controlled by the unions as this place. Ultimately there is not much net benefit from working here. Even the sense of personal satisfaction is nearly entirely diminished as Leadership takes credit for the ideas and efforts of staff.
