No work life balance, no respect for personal time. No personal boundary maintained. Leaves are non existent. no future scope because of family business.

1. Product has mostly no future, after a time there will be no development only support. 2. There must be change in management, as current seniors have no fear of their performance or job security. 3. The employee benefits are close to none. No medical insurance, PF, etc. 4. No chance of leaves even if its urgent. 5. Working time ethics always ignored even if its middle of night. 6. Smallest issue from the junior will be reported to HR to a scene. 7. No appreciation from anyone, seniors will not take any responsibility as they are personally connected. 8. All of the reviews have to cons, I wonder why.
