Pros

Pay is in line with the industry. Good benefits. Small company feeling. Strong performance record despite managerial deficiencies.

Cons

Bad/immature upper management. If you aren't from the original group of employees, you aren't given the same opportunities as they get. Lack of accountability (this could also go in the pros section depending on your work habits.) Management solicits feedback but doesn't make changes.

Pros

Great pay, Great benefits, Amazing company culture. The voice team was a hell of a group of guys, the sales team not so much.. Some of the best folks i have known work in this company.

Cons

Management is lacking a hands on approach. They were very lax and unclear on expectations and then quick to point out flaws. This is really the only downside to this company.

Middle management is disconnected. The company has grown faster than their management, and managers are busy with non-managerial tasks.
