Pros

From my perspective, Edlocus is the place where freshers can start their career and learn with their own effort & involvement to introduce themself to the world of student to professional. Since it is a company with less than 60 employees, If your effort is true and appreciatable you may be moved to the next level of position.

Cons

Here I would like to elaborate on some interesting facts about Edlocus Solutions Private Limited. Firstly, I start with top-level management. Everything considers under costing wise even it comes to employees 1. Employees are used as a ATM machines for Edlocus management when it comes to earnings, while in a salary scenario they will not think about employees commitments and the monthly salary credit expectations, except 2, 3 months in a year you will get a salary by after 5th of the month some times it may extend 10th. 2. More Importantly, management will not follow any policies during the employee tenure with the company like salary credits, Bonus for festivals, Co-workers interaction, Reimbursement, etc. when it comes to relieving they implement all the policies properly like No apprisals, Buyout all the money, No settlements for a year and more, few of my colleagues experienced a very worst treatments during the notice period. 3. The person who is recently appointed as a top-level manager is not at all capable of managing the employees and handling the company with his personal egoistic character and filthy thoughts. Secondly, I go with the Humans Resource team. the person who is responsible for taking care of employee needs and requirements is what the HR role means. But here in edlocus that is different for all of our colleagues, most of us feel the same about HR support. currently, available HR is not responding to anyone queries or supports needed by employees. No mail replies, no phone calls attended. no proper communication for news. but management will not take any action towards HR after many escalations. Overall HR is also unfit for sitting in that position since the person doesn't have any professional ethics to work as an HR. Finally, I will not recommend Edlocus for anyone even freshers.

The company environment is good to work, We can get more knowledge and learn much more ideas. A better platform for personality & skills development. We have an opportunity to get the latest technology.

Cons

There is no overtime salary
