      They are so incompetent that you never hear from corporate.

      Cons

      Terrible at communication. Poor pay, horrible benefits (they randomly changed coverage providers in the middle of the year without telling anyone). Better off working for a real company

      In contact with various individuals throughout the day. Working with building engineers and management 100% per each shift. With the individuals that you meet, the range can be from attorneys to financial consultants.

      Cons

      The pay is not great and no real benefits were provided.
