Pros

Experience in high pressure situations.

Cons

The company ethos is to do the maximum work with a minimum amount of people. They'll work you until burnout and then bully you into working more hours and avoid paying overtime at all costs. 0 work-life balance. Just take one look at their staff turnover, it will tell you all you need to know.

Pros

Very intelligent group of data center operations management. If you got what it takes you should look them up.

Cons

As with all companies you are certain to find a few bad eggs in the bunch. Some of the executive management I wonder how they failed their way into these positions.
