The single greatest positive…. eventually, you will resign or be asked to leave. There is great relief when that day arrives.
Cons
Let me put it this way….no matter how difficult your current career situation, study the water carefully before you jump in. It might be compared to getting a facial tattoo -during a careless moment - then spending the rest of one's life wishing it could be removed.
