The only pro is that they allow remote work because they cannot afford to open an office in Islamabad.
Cons
eddress is a lebanese company they are operating thru i-engineering (Islamabad) in E -11 . The first con is that company is managed by inexperience people who dont have any idea how a work environment is run, especially the HR. Favoritism by CEO and Management is biased towards lebanese people , they treat lebanese and Pakistani employees differently and also their pay structure is different. No career progression. Low salaries
