SOME Employees were fun to work with and seemed to help the morale. Also had one manager that helped me build my skill set and the casual dress code helped as well.
Cons
Management (or lack there of), deceptive practices, too much shuffling within the organization, and the pay was way below industry standard.
Company used to be a great place to work. The management was invested in their employees and we all genuinely enjoyed our jobs. Once the company was sold overseas the entire environment changed. There are still a few gems that care about the people that work there... but not many.
Cons
Value of employee is at a bare minimum. There are still a few individuals that care but the owners and top management do not. Bonuses and Raises are not given consistently and only reactively when someone threatens to leave.
