By far the worst place culturally I’ve worked. It’s honestly a mess! Managers train badly, no support, extremely cliquey, old school mentality, colleague who threaten and shout are allowed to continue and an unsupportive HR. Worst years of my working life.

Great company and people in the group. Staffs are willing to assist each others. There are harmony in the team.

Cons

Singapore office is run by a lousy department head with no responsibility and not willing to give any opportunity to the staffs.
