Some nice people to work with
Interesting files
Nice customers
Charity work
Good training for new employees
Cons
Used to be 'best employer' now just terrible.
Employees slaves to management some of whom are spineless and frightened of Senior Management.
Perfect for someone who doesn't want to think independently, and enjoys being a slave to a bunch of dictators.

Small team environment. Co-workers willing to help you out. Good place to get experience when starting off. Good place for someone with 'Christian values' to work.
Cons
Since they insure religious institution you need to have certain 'beliefs' to fit in. This is not the place for liberal or progressive minded people. Men are required to wear ties. A bit of a cultish environment.
