Stay away! Toxic environment!

Pros

Client list is robust and junior staff is friendly

Cons

I echo every single con that the previous poster listed below assuming s/he is referring to the NY office. It became very toxic over a year ago when a lunatic "know-it-all" and "always-right" media MD joined. Team morale is very low. This is the situation: good talent getting fired and or quitting left and right, "friends of friends" being brought over plus the Chicago office shut down. Huge non-sense internal politics and blame culture for such a small office. The fear factor is everywhere and the office environment is very stale (in addition to being boring as the other reviewer stated before). The lack of automation and data (mis)management is beyond belief! If clients knew more about what happens internally... The irony the story: this company preaches a non-biased approach when it comes to client services, but internally is quite the opposite. Sad but true story of these two amigas and their huge revolving door. "Ebiquity aims to create a workplace that is open and supportive, and free of discrimination and prejudice" --- NOT true Sadly, this is the most unpleasant place I have ever worked at even though, at the beginning I thought the CEO’s vision for the company had a lot of potential.

Pros

A lot of the data entry staff are in the same boat (young graduates, first job) so we had some good nights out.

Cons

The Newcastle office employs lots of new graduates and skilled people, but unfortunately the skills and experience of staff are not recognised. The work is extremely dull, and managers tried to force staff to work ridiculous overtime, with some staff working long days with 5am starts. All of this, and wages were always the bare minimum. In the meantime, the staff in London enjoy big wages by selling on the data that staff in Newcastle have worked to create. It just felt like the staff in Newcastle were not respected. Not a good place to work at all.

Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

Very low wages. Job is repetitive. Don't go to the toilet unless it's official 'break time'! Training was poor, no incentives. The office is hot and stuffy. Management are only interested in seeing how much they can squeeze out of you.
