Pros

Nice location, easy access to expressway

Cons

The owner (CEO) works on site and controls the entire operation (its good and bad). She doesn't give anyone their own email, you must use 2 public domain accounts shared by all of the employees and you can NOT send the emails you write. She will read over the emails on her own time and send them herself. They have no real database of information, you must find the data in the backlog of old email messages that they never delete. Also missing is a real training program, anyone new will get trained on how that "trainer" does it and the owner expects you to catch on rather fast. So imagine you are being trained and you are just told a string of commands to enter into a computer but not really what those commands mean. She does try very hard to do things the right way but it just don't seem to work out. Overall it feels like a company that is 10 years behind the times. The "historical" data sits in a old 1980's computer that they use way to often. The automated reports they do have don't fully work and must be reworked by hand to get the correct data.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. The owner is rude and very unfriendly. Everyone is her slave and no one can do anything right. I've never heard someone yell as much as she does

Cons

Everything! Horrible owner who treats her employees like slaves

Horrible Place to work

Pros

Monday thru Friday work week with 8-5 hours

Cons

Horrible owner, she complains and berates all of the employees. She seems more concerned with money than she does her employees. Poor training, they tell you how to do things and throw multiple jobs at you in a matter of a few days and expect you to be an expert at them with no mistakes and also move at the speed of light. If you ask questions or make mistakes you are made to feel stupid and get an attitude for it. They expect you to do the work of 6 people but get mad when you take to long doing something. The computer system is outdated and you waste time going from 1 computer to others for whatever you need to do when everything could be done from 1 computer. Having to walk to the warehouse multiple times a day to take pick ticks to the guys back there. The furniture is old and looks used and the inside of the building is dirty and gross. The people who work there are always grumpy and if they don't like you, they do not hide it. The people in the warehouse are the nicest people there. No vacation or sick days until you have been there a year and even then you have to bring in a doctor's note. You get an hr unpaid lunch but no breaks. It is a very stressful and mentally draining place to work.
