Cons
Typical publishing. Not exactly the most skilled staff that I've ever worked with. Reporting to non-technical management was a challenge since I don't think they understood what things took and exactly what I did. I was poorly managed. Turnover in technical roles over the years - especially in Content Licensing - was essentially a who's-who of developers in the Burlington area.
