The biggest con is management. There is a shift in the culture in the past year and micromanagement is on the rise. They want you to work overtime, and long hours and hit your targets without providing any support. And when the issues are raised to the managers, they are brushed under the carpet because 'it is what it is'. It's like as if everyone knows that management doesn't care. Management wants to pinch pennies and cut corners in every possible way. Secondhand laptops, bad headsets, low salaries, and no parking are just a few examples. You are just a number for them, who can be easily replaced by a 'fresh graduate', who can be hired for less salary than yours.

Well known bully too involved in himself and kissing up to look after the team. Forces people out who challenge him and sales leadership/ HR turn their heads away. Not supportive unless he wants to… you know. Senior sales do not know what they are doing and just keep repeating mistakes. Lie to hide their mistakes. Limited progression. Only given when he wants attention.
