Pros

Nice office, free coffee machine. HR director is a lovely guy.

Cons

A certain member of SLT is a condescending bully who has little time for other opinions than his own. In my time there I heard any people say how rude he can be and how uncomfortable he makes people. During my time they were moved onto a specific event to sell and they were so rude to the people beneath them in the chain, extremely condescending and would often embarrass others in front of the team. "Training program" is a lose term for what is basically a software that has modules which contain far too much information, or that others can essentially click their way through with no proof of actual learning. CRM is called "Easyforce" which is another joke in it's self. It's also a very clicky group of people. Unless your senior management or one of the pretty faces in the office expect to feel quite isolated.

Pros

Some genuinely talented and hardworking people within the teams

Cons

From day one, support and onboarding were minimal, leaving new hires to figure things out themselves. Massive favoritism in promotions and opportunities. Success depends more on fitting a certain “loud, bubbly” mold than on performance. Being an excellent salesperson won’t help if you’re not part of the inner circle. KPI meetings and 1-2-1s felt like box-ticking exercises rather than genuine performance management. Feedback often seemed performative, not actionable. Management often shifts blame onto sales staff post-show and resorts to redundancies instead of addressing root causes. There’s a pervasive sense of insecurity; you’re always watching your back. The culture is toxic EG: if you take a short break to play pool, you may be reprimanded, while frequent smoke breaks are overlooked. This inconsistency erodes trust between managers and employees.

Pros

Working on an international portfolio of events

Cons

Terrible company culture causing burnout and stress. Very low salaries compared to market average. Promotions based on being friends with the boss rather than professional accomplishments or skillset. Lack of strategic direction and growth opportunities. HR is purely there to support senior management, not offer any support to employees (no confidentiality either).
