Pros
You get to be a "good guy" who actually picks up the phone and helps people when they call. It's amazing how many other companies are down right awful to call. Learning about the payment processing industry is a very eye opening experience. You will get insight to how companies are setup and operate, some of the the pitfalls that new businesses can hit, and the various tools available to start a new business. This information is very valuable and is just part of the exposure you will get working here. Culture is fun and lighthearted, healthy living is encouraged, certainly the "weird" Austin personalities can feel at home here. You can bring whatever strengths you have to the table here, any creative ideas and suggestions are welcome at meetings.
Cons
Downtown Austin can be hard to get to and parking is atrocious. Not really a fault of Easy Pay Direct and if you already are in the central Austin area, you are quite used to dealing with it. Once you're in the office there are no cons of note.
