The organization has grown a lot over the last several years and needs to make some major updates to its admin systems, organizational structure, and HR to catch up. Pretty big growing pains currently. Upper management has just hired consultants to work with staff to identify where they believe change is needed. This is a great start, now let's see the actual change.
Poor communication overall, especially between departments and between staff within departments who work at different properties. Very hierarchical organization with little opportunity for front line staff to give input on programming decisions where their experience would be of benefit.
Fairly high turn over of staff, even for an organization of this size.
