Great place to work but management get most of the perks

Pros
-More or less left to your own devices. -Room for growth and positive environment for self development. -Open door policy with manager. -Get back what you put in. -Some great views when you get a break. -Lots of choice of food and drink -Lots of different people to talk too.
Cons
-Top Manager can be hard to please and be very unfair. -Too many managers. -Conflicting directions. -Worked very hard , but very underpaid. -Chances of general abuse and violence. -Unrealistic targets in short time frame.

Mostly laid back locals, with no real rush, plenty to explore in terms of smaller objects
Cons
Regions with good climates also have potentially deadly weather
