Pros

Fast paced work environment, lots of activity, great coworkers who really want to move up in their careers. There are some seriously motivated and caring people working there that I would love to work with again someday.

Cons

Just read the reviews. There are only 2 types. 5 star and 1 star. That isn't normal and is pretty telling of the company culture. A small number at the top are playing an endless game of bum-covering by canning the first guy who walks by after something goes bad then they combat poor reviews with copy that sounds like a motivational speech. Check the old customer records, more often than not entries made more than a year or two ago were made by someone that is no longer here. These reviews are making hiring a challenge and there is a concerted effort to fix the reputation without fixing the problems.

While it is our intention to offer a career experience that rises above expectations, it is clear that our approach and company culture is not suited for everyone. We strive to improve our offering to both our clients and our team members through their feedback and engagement. We can assure you that these comments do not go unheard and that we take the health and culture of our business seriously. We appreciate the opportunity to learn, to grow, and to get better because of them.

Pros

Happy Hour Fridays, fairly small company, sports equipment so the boys can act like children, Trump is their favorite, lots of Q-laid

Cons

This company preaches a book that is 15 years old, and is based on the success of companies such as Circuit City and Wells Fargo (exactly what you should strive for). They use this "mirror/window" theory to blame things on everyone but themselves. Leadership is a clique that cant move past the "good old days" before the company was flat or declining in sales year after year. The constant turnover is exhausting, between people getting burnt out and quitting, or randomly getting fired.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always striving for opportunities to improve. Mirrors in the office is a great idea. At EarQ we do believe that, life is like a mirror, if you frown at it, it frowns back, if you smile, it returns the greeting.

Pros

The concept is good but all smoke and mirrors.

Cons

Too many to list them all. If you are not a party buddy don't expect to go far. The leadership is terrible and very unexperienced. The are back stabbers and ugly people. Many have jumped ship because it is sinking fast. They do not provide the services they SAY they offer. Smoke and mirrors. Don't expect them to follow through with promises.
