I am very blessed to have a great boss/leader that is invested in my growth and allows me the opportunity to work on different projects to expand my knowledge. The flexibility and balance with family was very important and is fully supported in my role. There are options to grow within the organization which is also a great positive.

Cons

Deadlines at certain times of the year always have to be considered when taking time off, but I wouldn't say it is really a con. It is just something that has to be considered in this role.
