Despicable ethics. More loyal to clients than staff. If not part of the club, destined to fail (note: it's a very small club). High drama, elitism, arrogance prevails. 'Best firm to work for' status an absolute farce.

The firm acquired Stanley Beaman & Sears last year and, three plus years prior, EYP acquired WHR Architects. After the acquisition of SBS it was readily apparent that EYP and WHR were not integrated and were still acting as completely separate and distinct companies. This was and still remains a problem. The integration of SBS has not gone smoothly and it remains to be seen how this will all pan out. In addition, there has been a major upheaval in the c-suite. The CFO mysteriously and hastily left and the COO was demoted. A new CFO and COO have recently been hired which certainly brings hope to the staff and the organization. The firm is experiencing financial problems; therefore, our hope is that the new leadership will help right the ship.
