1. Worst onsite stay. You will need to share your room with 3 other consultants in a villa.
2. No well defined HR policies. Lot of illegal policies and contracts.
3. Anytime in a year senior management changes the policies.
4. Completely unplanned.
5. They indirectly threat you for going onsite, if you reject to travel to Saudi you are out of company.
6. All policies are Employer oriented and Employer is behind money so, indirectly all policies are money oriented.
7. Heavy cost cutting, micro management and terrible exploitation of employee.
8. Even for getting any minor work done in onsite villa you need to take senior management's approval. It is like changing bulb in bathroom should be approved by CFO.
9. If you resign and don't fall for their post resign allures, then retaliation from senior management is worst.
10. Onsite allowance is a joke. They offer you standard allowance and just multiply the same with currency conversion factor if they transfer you to any other country. So if your allowance is 70 AED in UAE then your onsite allowance in Jordan will be 13.51 JOD and in Kuwait it will be 5.4 KWD. Nothing like PPP (Purchasing Power Parity) exists in Evosys.
11. Mess in resource management.
12. Many of the policies and appraisals will have concealed cost which will apparently affect you financially first and emotionally after you get frustrated by cheating.
13. HR is most funny part. They are not at all aware about any policies and more than hired consultants HR do consultancy to hide flaws in policies and to cheat employees.
in short it is somehow managed, promoting nepotism, cost cutting centred and micro managed company.
