Bosch benefits, pay is fair, raises are average, bonus can be good, 401k match is decent. Time off between Christmas and New Years.

Cons

No real leadership, decisions are awful, it's difficult to recommend to a friend. I would steer clear as this is not a good company any longer. A few years ago it was great however it is not good any longer.
