      - Really supportive - Clear view of progression - Training opportunities - Ability to make changes to processes - Able to interact with the senior leadership

      Cons

      - Parking can be a challenge if everyone is in the office, however, this shouldn't be a problem in the near future.

      Amazing people who are experts in their field. Managers always happy to talk to you. Programmes in place to offer career progression.

      The car park can flood in heavy rain.

      Wow, what a place to work

      Pros

      There are many reasons I enjoyed working with ESP and why I would apply again. The people are very friendly and welcoming, in all departments but especially the ops department. The CEO regularly updates all departments on issues/decisions that impact the company so there is a real sense of transparency in the company. There are many chances for recognition as the company encourages individuals to highlight what any team member has done well using the My Rewards page. Speaking of My Rewards, there's lots of company benefits from discounts on shopping to vouchers, private healthcare and support to buy electric vehicles.

      Cons

      Parking could be better as the current location (Mole Business Park) can sometimes have it's parking area flood from heavy rain. Mole Business Park is also very close to the train station so this does not affect you if you take the train. ESP will be moving to a new office location by the end of the year so hopefully this will not be an issue for long.
