      Lack of strategy and management support

      - Constantly shifting focus meaning a lack of direction - Selective applications of strategy with clients - Old school management style / ruling by fear and intimidation

      Please read all the reviews before you accept a position - I wish I had

      Pros

      Lots of communication about the business and where they are working towards; Nice facilities; Good salary; Nice management events all inclusive; Good benefits and on the spot rewards.

      Cons

      This is about operations specifically - very toxic management; Lots of micro management; No trust in employees; Resentment towards a hybrid role Poor communication amongst team managers, Bad behaviours not discouraged from managers and team treated poorly and without respect or care, Lack of respect for team members and their personal circumstances / life styles.

      Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry that your experience has fallen short of what we would hope for. Specifically in our Operations department we have a strong management team who is leading with care and understanding of their team needs and challenges. Recently we have introduced targeted Coaching which is supporting managers with their leadership style and we have seen great improvements since then.       Great company to work for

      - Really supportive - Clear view of progression - Training opportunities - Ability to make changes to processes - Able to interact with the senior leadership

      Cons

      - Parking can be a challenge if everyone is in the office, however, this shouldn't be a problem in the near future.
