Pros

As a growing and thriving organization, Senior Leadership is consistently engaged with employees and actively solicit and encourage feedback to identify efficiencies, recognize successes and address challenges. While this happens in most every organization, the thing that sets them apart is their ability to encourage feedback or criticism in a manner that makes an employee feel comfortable enough to freely amd honestly provide feedback, positive or negative...ESC Spectrum is one of the most comforting environments that I have been in, when interacting with Senior Leadership. To me, that is empowering and adds another layer of comfort to the work culture. In my role, I was able to consistently interact with the Financial Director or the Sales VP or the President in the same manner as my immediate peer, with no feelings of pressure or the need to feel "perfect." The vibe is unmatched in my opinion! Great team of knowledgeable, extremely competent individuals!!! In any interaction, I am always attentive to how someone makes me feel, whether positive or negative...I can honestly say that every interaction at ESC Spectrum, no matter the level, was positive and reassuring. Thank you!

Cons

Some teams are small and can naturally be "spread thin" as they work to manage daily workload volumes...but someone who is a high achiever, desires to be well-rounded and has a natural curiosity to learn and know the business can easily overcome this hurdle and be a significant contributor to their respective team and the organization.
