before 1 year Esad is very good service but now Esad is not good

First 2 years working with Esad I got many benefits but Esad doesn't increase salary work experience is increasing gradually but salary is not increased
Cons
Working with Essad has become a lot of problems now, because he doesn't pay full salary on time, doesn't take any inquiry about employee photo benefits, doesn't pay service charges and arrears when going on leave and many more problems.
